Dealing with an Issue in Your Rental Unit?

Before submitting a repair request, we kindly ask that you first review the information provided below.

If your drains are blocked, try these solutions:

1. For kitchen and bathroom sinks, use a plunger to dislodge the blockage by creating a seal and pumping vigorously.
2. For bathtub or shower drains, use a tool like Zip-It to pull out hair and debris. These tools can be bought at a local hardware store.

Toilet not flushing?

1. If your toilet is clogged, start by using a plunger to push the blockage through. Be cautious and only flush once to avoid overflow.
2. If the toilet handle doesn’t work, lift the cover and check if the chain is properly attached.

If your property don’t have enough hot water, it’s possible that your heater is incorrectly configured. Check the thermostat and examine if any inadvertent changes have been made to its settings. If possible, reset the tank and wait for about 20 minutes to see if the issue gets resolved.

Is everything set correctly? Also verify whether the hot water heater is running in vacation mode. For gas-powered heaters, it’s essential to check that the pilot light is lit as well.

In the event of a power outage in your property, first, check whether the circuit breaker has accidentally tripped. If you find it in the OFF position, simply switch it back to ON.

If the power is still not restored after resetting the breaker, contact your electrical company directly. They can assist you in identifying and resolving any potential issues related to your account or outages in your area.

If you encounter issues with your heating or air conditioning, start by inspecting the thermostat. You can also try turning the system on and off to see if it resets to its default settings. In many cases, modern HVAC systems can be reset using the thermostat.

It’s essential to mention that we are aware of the significance of air conditioning, especially in warm climates. However, for maintenance-related matters concerning air conditioning problems, they do not fall under emergency situations. If you require assistance, please reach out to us via the portal, and we will prioritize your request accordingly.

Important: Additional fees for emergency maintenance may be applicable during weekends and outside regular business hours.
